Conrad Tan has lived, worked and played in the South Bay since migrating in 2006, and has moved seven times in the area so he understands the joys and pains of packing bags and boxes. He prides himself on being able to plainly explain the complexity of the home buying, selling, or leasing process. Having bought, sold, and leased for personal purpose, he is in tune with his client's needs. He loves to run in the South Bay area which gives him a first-hand view of all things happening in the neighborhood. Conrad was a business owner of beverage distribution, national events marketing, and customs brokerage. He also worked as an executive and consultant for financial institutions. His expertise was on member service, trainer, and fostering teamwork in heading the different departments like human resources, operations, accounting, marketing, consumer and mortgage lending. This blend of skill gives Conrad's clients a well-balanced approach of strategy, technical skills on research, and negotiating well for his clients.
