About Dave Herbert

As a property owner in the South Bay for the past three decades, Dave Herbert has always been interested in real estate. After a successful career as an executive manager in the food service industry, he decided to combine his appreciation for living in the South Bay with his desire to help others find the right properties to purchase or invest in. Dave loves living near the beach and enjoys water sports, running and hiking. He and his wife are long-time active members of American Martyrs Church. Their son, Kevin, attended Manhattan Beach public schools and recently graduated from Loyola Marymount University. He works in the sports entertainment industry.

How do you give back to your community?
"I have coached youth baseball and basketball teams, and supported the Manhattan Beach Education Foundation and the Mira Costa basketball and volleyball teams. I am also an avid supporter of Susan G. Komen Walk for the Cure and the Surf rider Foundation, as well as St. Vincent's Meals on Wheels program."

"I get to know my clients and gain a clear understanding about what is important to them and what their expectations are. I work as a partner to help my buyers achieve their dreams of finding the right home and to ensure my sellers receive the best price possible in a timely manner."

What's most rewarding about your work?
"Purchasing real estate is one of the most important decisions a person can make. I love being a part of that process and helping people realize their dreams."
