Licensed in 1969 while in college, my actual selling experience began in 1982 as the onsite Sales Manager of Manhattan Village town homes division and sales agent for the estate homes, a Chevron Land Development of 515 homes in Manhattan Beach through 1987. I was also the onsite sales representative for developers/builders on award winning developments: Riviera Beach Colony, Hollywood Riviera; Pacific Colony, Torrance and The Cape, Vista del Oro, San Pedro. Years in between the onsite sales agent for builders I was active in the resale market. I was the recipient of 2017 International Sterling Society - Coldwell Banker Real Estate LLC which reflects ranking among the top 15% of sales professionals in the network and recipient of one of the top Sales Awards from the Sales & Marketing Council of So. California for builders, as well as the recipient of several additional top producer awards in the re-sale market in all of Southern California. My business major in college and working as an escrow officer during my college years gave me exposure to learning the intricacies of effectively getting an escrow closed! This valuable experience carried over into my profession of being a Realtor® and representing my clients with the utmost integrity, experience and professionalism. I know that service is the name of the game. That is one of the reasons that I have associated with the world's leading real estate company - Sotheby's International Realty. Technology and brand recognition are important today, but the real estate business continues to be a people business built on service, reputation and experience. I sincerely strive to deliver on each category with enthusiasm and commitment!
