More information about me.
Raised in a long time real estate family, Jennifer has been touring properties since childhood. After earning her Bachelor of Science from UCLA in Psychobiology and then a Master’s Degree from Pepperdine University in Clinical Psychology, Jennifer had a successful career in counseling and the mental health services. Her work as a Counselor honed her exceptional skills in listening, communication, problem-solving, and helping others reach their goals.  During this period she concurrently served as a property manager for her family’s large portfolio of real estate in the Los Angeles area. It was a natural progression to establish herself as a full-time realtor in 2007. She has been helping her clients (as if they were her own family) ever since.  She is a passionate advocate of home ownership and building wealth through real estate.   She prides herself in working with sophisticated clients and knows that real estate is all about you.  She understands that being a realtor is about building relationships and understanding and meeting her client’s short and long term needs.   She provides countless benefits to her clients which include solid professionalism and ethics, operating at the forefront of real estate technology, proactive communication and rapid response, ongoing transaction management and follow-up, and powerful marketing and negotiating skills. Jennifer understands that a real estate purchase or sale is typically one of the largest transactions you will engage in.  In working with her you can expect the utmost attention and receive the care you deserve.  “She truly treats the transaction as if she were buying or selling her own home.  This is the biggest compliment you can give a real estate agent, because it’s so rare.  But with Jennifer it’s completely true.”  - Ian and Gita
