What would you like potential clients to know about you?
"My clients tell me that with my honesty, integrity and persistence, I get the results they want to see!"

In what ways do you provide top-notch service to your clients?
"I think my years of experience and calm disposition with excellent follow-up really assist my clients with a major decision like selling and buying real estate, which is normally the most stressful time of their lives."

Do you have a philosophy for doing business?
"I help people move on with their lives-from the first-time buyer coming from a rental to the seasoned homeowner looking to move to a nicer home! That's what I do!"

Who is your typical client?
"I work with all types of people and welcome the honor to work with anyone who is actively pursuing selling and/or buying real estate in Southern California."

What do your clients love about living in the South Bay?
"The beach lifestyle coupled with great restaurants and shopping!"

How do you give back to your community?
"I have volunteered for Meals on Wheels, The American Cancer Society, Centinela Hospital in Inglewood and Starlite. I presently volunteer for P.S. I Love You Foundation, a local South Bay charity that enriches the lives of 'at-risk' children and teenagers. I am involved, going on 10 years now, with the Foundation's Day at the Beach. Every year the Foundation brings more than 200kids to Manhattan Beach for the day, and we give them much-needed attention and an opportunity to learn about the ocean. Some of these children have never been to the beach before. It is a heartwarming experience, and I look forward to being a part of the day every year! Also I am a Manhattan Beach CERT (Community Emergency Response Team) member. In the event we had a local disaster, I would assist the Manhattan Beach Fire & Police Department as a team member."
