Suzanne Rampe has been the business of real estate since 1984. Her mother before her was also a local real estate agent in the South Bay. Suzanne has worked with many clients over the past 36 years, from property management to sales, she knows the market and specializes in single family residences along with 1-4 unit complexes. Suzanne went to Pier Ave as the schools last class to enter its famous halls, as well as Hermosa Valley and Mira Costa HS. Suzanne was an avid athlete, from being an one of the first female baseball players in Hermosa Beach, which took her to the set of A League of Their Own, were by she doubled for Jeana Davis at home plate. Suzanne is also an All-American Surfer that ranked as the USA’s #1 female amateur surfer. She was inducted into El Camino College’s “Hall of Fame” for volleyball by taking the State Championship Title, then on to USC as a scholarship athlete. Back to 1984 Suzanne was catapulted into real estate and took on the responsibility of her family’s property management business. It was unexpected, but gave her an education that only real life can give. She was also awarded with the honor of Vacation & Corporate Rentals “Best in Class” two years running 2018 & 2019, as well as The Hall of Fame for Hermosa Beach rentals. Suzanne previously worked for Shorewood Real Estate as a “Top Producer” and now makes her home here with Vista Sotheby’s international Realty, with no plans of ever leaving this great company. Suzanne remains a resident of Hermosa Beach along with husband Colonel Darryl Hensley ret.. He currently works for LAUSD as the head of all JROTC high school programs. Suzanne and Darry recently had the honor of escorting Staff Sgt. David Bellavia. Suzanne often volunteers for the various JROTC programs helping her husband at his many ongoing events. You will see her quite often walking her 3 little all brown Chihuahua mix rescue pup along The Strand with her husband.
